Walk and Talk

Walking really is a wonder drug. Evidence shows that walking can reduce the risk of:

  • high cholesterol

Walking can also contribute to our mental health by:

  • reducing stress
  • alleviating anxiety
  • improving mood 
  • helping us feel happier 

A recent study has shown that going for a walk can leave us feeling happier for up to 7 hours afterwards. 7 hours!
