You may find it easier to talk when walking side by side rather than sitting. A Walk and Talk session combines a 60 minute coaching session with a walk in the country. As well as providing a great space for coaching, walking and being outside provides some great health benefits. A walk can help you feel happier for seven hours afterwards. Walk and Talk also offers the opportunity to explore some basic mindfulness principles through mindful walking.
