About me

Hi. My name is Anne Green and I have over 30 years experience of coaching and mentoring people. My journey started as a sports coach, which ignited my passion for helping people achieve their potential. Over the last 10 years, I have worked with a range of people to help them make positive changes in their work and personal lives. Following a successful career in relationship management, some key life events led me to re-evaluate what I wanted the future to look like. I understand how unsettling change can be but also the opportunity it presents to take stock, evaluate your priorities and create the life that you want.

Helping people and making a difference is what really makes me tick. With this clarity of purpose I am now coaching full-time, with a focus on enhancing personal wellbeing and helping people lead happier and healthier lives through more affordable coaching. I really hope we get the chance to work together.

Interests

Being active is one of my passions. I was an international and national league hockey player for many years. Retiring from that was hard and I now understand that I was experiencing a change and transition where I felt loss and a real void in my life.  The new beginning for me came through taking up golf and meeting a whole new group of friends. I also discovered a passion for walking, whether it's in the Lake District or taking the dog for a walk locally, I love it. When I am not doing that, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the cinema and learning new stuff!
